It can be hard to leave the comfortable grounds of your resort, but this cruise, to a pristine cay off Varadero’s coast, offers a day of leisurely sailing, combined with a delicious lunch; it’s a great excuse to go off resort.
This all-inclusive offshore cruise includes the following:
- The huge catamarans set a course over magnificent waters to Cayo Blanco, a kind of Robinson Crusoe islet. After a swim and snorkel, a seafood lunch (lobster, shrimp, fish) is served in the ranchón. A warm ambiance with live music reigns here. Don’t be surprised if you end up dancing with the rest of the guests!
- Snorkeling and swimming in the azure waters surrounding Varadero; snorkeling equipment included.
- The day’s highlight is a dolphin encounter. Extraordinarily popular among young and old alike, swimming with dolphins isn’t easily forgotten.
On this excursion, the dolphin area is in a demarcated section of the sea – offering a more natural environment than traditional swimming with dolphins experiences. For about 15-20 minutes you can play, touch, hug and swim with the dolphins.
Transport is on modern, comfortable and well-equipped (French) catamarans. Though the popularity of this cruise means there are sometimes many participants, each will find a nice on-board spot. There’s an open bar on board (drinks and snacks), as well as during your stay on the Cayo.
